3. In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency

Oniza Voice offers optional paid features including virtual coins, diamonds, virtual gifts, VIP memberships, and chance-based rewards such as lucky gifts and in-app games. Purchases may be made through Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, or other authorized methods. Virtual items have no real-world cash value unless required by law and are generally not redeemable for cash. Chance-based features involve random outcomes that are not guaranteed.

4. Voice & Communication Data

Voice communications are processed to provide real-time chat. We do not sell users' voice data to third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We may share information with service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors), and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. Age Requirement (18+)

Oniza Voice is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Accounts found to belong to minors will be removed.

7. Third-Party Services

Our app may use Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and authentication providers. We do not use Google AdMob and do not display third-party advertisements. Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies.

8. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Delete your account at delete_user_account.php or email info@onizavoice.online.

9. Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information and retain data only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
